Cashly is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

• Record income
• Record expenses
• Manage transactions
• Create budgets
• View analytics
• Generate reports
• Receive notifications
• Customize language and currency preferences
• Use supported automatic transaction-detection functionality

You must be legally permitted to use Cashly under the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Cashly complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining access to your account
• Keeping authentication credentials secure
• Not sharing your account improperly
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

Cashly is a tracking and organization tool. Cashly does not provide:

• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Financial planning advice
• Banking services
• Lending services
• Accounting services
• Professional financial advice

Calculations, analytics, categories, trends, budgets, and reports are provided for informational and organizational purposes. You remain responsible for verifying your financial information.

Where available, Cashly may automatically identify eligible financial transaction messages on supported devices. You understand that:

• Detection may not identify every transaction.
• Detection may occasionally classify transactions incorrectly.
• Different financial institutions may use different message formats.
• Merchant names and categories may be inferred.
• Automatic detection is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

You should review important financial information for accuracy. Cashly may offer automatic addition for high-confidence transactions and review workflows for uncertain transactions.

You are responsible for reviewing:

• Amounts
• Categories
• Dates
• Merchants
• Budgets
• Reports
• Automatically detected transactions

If Cashly creates an incorrect transaction, you should edit or delete it as appropriate.

Some features may require device permissions. You may refuse permissions, but functionality dependent on those permissions may not be available. For Android automatic financial transaction detection, you must explicitly grant the relevant permissions. We will not attempt to bypass operating-system permission controls.

You agree not to:

• Use Cashly for unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Service unlawfully
• Interfere with the operation of Cashly
• Upload malicious content
• Abuse APIs or infrastructure
• Attempt to access another user's financial information
• Use Cashly to violate applicable laws

You retain ownership of information you submit to Cashly, including:

• Transaction information
• Notes
• Categories created by you
• Receipts
• Other content you intentionally provide

You grant Cashly only the rights necessary to store, process, display, synchronize, and provide the Service.

Cashly's:

• Software
• Branding
• Logo
• Design
• Interface
• Graphics
• Text
• Documentation

are owned by or licensed to Cashly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Cashly's proprietary materials without permission.

Cashly may depend on third-party services such as Firebase and platform services. Availability of those services may affect Cashly. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Cashly is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services.

We aim to keep Cashly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service
• Availability on every device
• Compatibility with every Android/iOS version
• Automatic transaction detection for every bank or financial institution

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important financial information where appropriate. Cashly may provide backup, synchronization, or cloud storage features, but you should not rely on Cashly as the sole record of legally or financially important information.

Cashly may allow you to select a display currency. Unless a specific currency-conversion feature is expressly provided, changing the selected currency does not necessarily convert the underlying transaction amount using a foreign-exchange rate. Users are responsible for verifying currency values where applicable.

Reports and analytics are generated from information available to Cashly. They may contain errors resulting from:

• Incorrect user input
• Missing data
• Automatic transaction-detection errors
• Categorization errors
• Technical issues

Reports should be treated as informational summaries rather than official financial records.

Notifications may occasionally be delayed, blocked, or unavailable due to:

• Device settings
• Operating-system restrictions
• Network availability
• Notification permissions
• Third-party notification infrastructure

Cashly does not guarantee delivery of every notification.

Your use of Cashly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal, financial, device, and supported SMS-related information.

You may stop using Cashly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary because of:

• Security concerns
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Violation of these Terms
• Legal requirements
• Operational reasons

Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashly and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, where legally permitted:

• Financial losses caused by reliance on inaccurate records
• Missed notifications
• Incorrect automatic transaction categorization
• Missing transactions
• Service interruptions
• Device failures
• Third-party service failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Cashly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that:

• Every transaction will be detected
• Every transaction will be categorized correctly
• Analytics will always be error-free
• Reports will always be complete
• Notifications will always be delivered
• The Service will always be available

We may add, change, or remove features from Cashly. This may include:

• New financial tools
• New supported currencies
• New languages
• New notification features
• Changes to automatic transaction detection
• New report formats

Where required, we will provide appropriate notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cashly after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
