Privacy Policy

Cashly is built around a simple idea: your financial data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

Last updated: August 2026

Information we collect

Cashly collects only what is required to run the app: your account details (name, email address) and the financial records you choose to add — transactions, budgets, categories, and preferences such as language and currency.

How we use your information

Your data is used to display your transactions, calculate budgets, generate analytics and reports, and send the notifications you enable. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Storage and security

Records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure and are scoped to your authenticated account. Access requires a secure sign-in, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices

  • Edit or delete any transaction, budget, or category at any time.
  • Control notification, currency, and language preferences from Settings.
  • Request full deletion of your account and all associated data.

Children's privacy

Cashly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above.
